Rules as per current edition rule book. With the addition of no "sky loading" you must be on glass before closing the bolt.
This match did not meet the 10 minimum shooter criteria as set forth in the 2020 PRS Rules to be counted toward the standings, and did not yet receive an exemption from the Regional Director. Only Regional Directors can waive this requirement. Regional Director Emails can be found here.
