Apex Optics is proud to Present the Apex Rocky Mountain Challenge PRS 2-Day Pro Series Match, to be hosted on the outskirts of the beautiful Calgary, Alberta range of the Canadian Rocky Mountains. The match will take place on the last weekend of the world famous Calgary Stampede, dubbed the “Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth”. It will give everyone an opportunity to come and experience the 10 day party that famously shuts down the entire city of Calgary, as well as an opportunity to visit the majestic Banff, Lake Louise, and Kananaskis which are a short 1-2 hour drive from Calgary.

This will be a premier match for anyone looking to challenge themselves in a tough but competitive course of fire, with the natural backdrop of the Rockies and the Alberta foothills, and all of the windy conditions that come along with it.

We are currently arranging for “safe storage” for firearms for all of our out of town competitors at a local authorized Gun Club and Shooting Range/Retailer at their lockup. This will enable you to check your firearms in and out as much as you’d like, without having to store them in hotel rooms or vehicles if you choose to come early, or stay later while touring around the area.

We are also working to arrange blocks of rooms that will be made available to registrants and their families, more to follow on that.

SIDE STAGE MATCH
The side match will not count towards points. Cost, payouts and more details to be provided ahead of registration date.

Saturday, July 13
- 8:00am - Check-in & Safety Brief
- 9:00am - Range is Hot - Day 1 of Match Begins
- 12:00pm - Stampede Lunch
- 4:00pm - Expected Day 1 Finish
- 5:30pm - 9pm - Social, Dinner and Concert

Sunday, July 14
- 8:30am - Range is Hot - Day 2 of Match Begins
- 12:00pm - Food Trucks Available for Lunch
- 3:00pm - Expected Day 2 Finish
- 3:30pm - Results Tabulation
- 4:00pm - Awards
