2026 Snake River Standoff Match Recap

The 2026 Snake River Standoff by Lone Peak Arms is in the books.

This was a fast, focused weekend built around one goal. Keep the match moving and get shooters home in time for Easter Sunday. The Friday to Saturday format and small squads delivered exactly that. The setting was in the Snake River Gorge near Bliss, Idaho and the terrain gave shooters a clean but demanding test. This year brought a strong mix of stages with positional and prone, and a course of fire that stayed challenging for all.

A big thank you to the match directors Brian Neace & Seth Howard, all the RO’s, and staff who made this weekend run the way it did. Matches like this do not happen without the work behind the scenes.
