The giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time on July 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on July 30, 2026.

Open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry and who are legally eligible to receive and possess the applicable prize items under federal, state, and local law.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, representatives, and immediate family members of Precision Rifle Series and participating giveaway partners are not eligible to enter.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

To enter, complete the official giveaway entry form during the Promotion Period by providing your first name, last name, email address, zip code, and any other required information. Limit one entry per person unless otherwise stated by Sponsor.

Automated, duplicate, fraudulent, incomplete, or noncompliant entries may be disqualified.

One winner will receive the prize package described on the giveaway landing page. The approximate retail value of the prize package will be stated on the landing page. Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize or any portion of the prize with an item of equal or greater value.

Any firearm, firearm component, ammunition, suppressor, or regulated item included in the prize package is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Winner must be legally eligible to receive the applicable prize item. Transfer of any regulated item may require shipment to a licensed dealer, background check, age verification, additional paperwork, and compliance with all applicable laws. If winner is not legally eligible to receive any portion of the prize, that portion may be forfeited.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will occur after the Promotion Period closes. Winner will be contacted using the email address provided at entry.

Winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, publicity release where lawful, tax documentation, and any other documents reasonably required by Sponsor. If the selected winner does not respond within the time period stated in the notification, is found ineligible, fails to complete required documentation, or cannot legally receive the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, fees, transfer costs, background check fees, shipping charges where applicable, and any other expenses not expressly stated as included in the prize.

Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission for Sponsor and participating partners to use winner's name, city, state, likeness, submitted content, and prize information for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Information We Collect: When you enter this giveaway, we collect your first name, last name, email address, and zip code. If you opt in to marketing communications, we also record that consent.

How We Use It: Information is used to administer the giveaway, contact the winner, verify eligibility, and send giveaway-related updates to entrants.

Marketing Communications: By checking the marketing consent box, you agree that Precision Rifle Series and participating giveaway partners may send you promotional emails. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.

Data Sharing: With your marketing consent, PRS may share your name, email address, and zip code with participating giveaway partners for their own marketing purposes. PRS does not sell personal information to third parties.

Data Retention: Entry data is retained for a period necessary to administer the giveaway and comply with applicable legal requirements, then securely deleted.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, legal restrictions, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper operation of the promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the giveaway.

By entering, entrant releases Precision Rifle Series, participating giveaway partners, social media platforms, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, successors, and assigns from any liability, claim, loss, damage, injury, or expense arising out of participation in the giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or inability to use any prize.

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, TikTok, or any other social media platform. By entering, entrants release those platforms from any responsibility or liability related to the giveaway.

The giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law principles.
