Registration for the First Ever Precision Rifle Series Sanctioned Match held in Ohio is open now! We are calling the match the "Buckeye Classic". The match dates will be May 5th-7th. The match will be held at Thunder Valley Precision ("TVP") in Kimbolton Ohio.


Big Dog Steel will be directing the match. More details will come as the course of fire is developed, but expect a fun match that will test basic marksmanship skills across a broad spectrum of stages and ranges.


TVP boasts a beautiful range with rolling hills and valleys. There are target possibilities all the way out to 1,650 yards from designated shooting positions. They have also just finished completion of a brand new covered shooting pavilion.

Friday (05/05) - Noon until 5pm Registration + Sponsor Demo Day/Zero Range/Data Range out to 1k


Saturday (05/06) 8:00am - Mandatory Safety and Stage Briefing


9:00am - First Shots Fired


5:00pm - Wrap up of first days stages


Sunday (05/07)


8:30am - Stage Briefing


9:00am - First Shots Fired


1:00pm - Conclusion of Match


Awards & Prize Table


We ask that you try and make registration on Friday, if at all possible. If for some reason you are not able to make the Friday registration please contact us by the Thursday prior to the match. We may or may not be able to get reception at the facility.


Provided by us:


Lunch will be provided on Saturday. Water will be provided both days. Every participant and RO will receive a custom match t-shirt. Trophies will be provided for the top finishers. We will provide the best prize table possible. Participants will walk in order of finish.


Scoring:


Scoring will be kept track of on Practiscore. Participants will approve their score before leaving a stage. Practiscore allows us to quickly calculate and score competitors as well as significantly speed up the time it takes to calculate finale scores, and start the awards ceremony on Sunday. All rifle shots will be worth 1pt and scoring for the match will abide by PRS sanctioned rules.
