CLUB BIO
The club runs matches at Coyote Arms Shooting Range in the Lower Rio Grande Valley. We have been running 22LR rifle matches since 2016 where we started hosting 22LR Marksmen Challenge. From there we ventured into Rimfire PRS, then came NRL22. We hosted a couple of NRL22 matches but majority of our shooters wanted more challenging stages and longer distance targets, so we then transitioned to 22LR Rimfire precision matches. We hosted many rimfire precision matches and since then have also hosted 2 night shoots with only LED spot lights on targets. When covid happened, it really took a toll on our core shooters and slowly our number dwindled down and our matches stopped happening. We hosted a 22RImfire precision match November of last year and got the blood flowing again. So hoping being part of PRS will bring more shooters out and grow the 22LR PRS crowd bigger we had before.
