Earlier this season I welcomed with a phone call from Phil Cashin, owner Masterpiece Arms regarding possible sponsorship of the 2015 PRS season. Naturally, I wanted to deliver the promise of good representation of his company as part of the sponsorship and Phil was glad to hear it but he wanted my honest opinion and review of his new stock they had been working on and promptly sent it out to me for the video review. Shortly there after the chassis arrived, I was excited to see it. Over the last several years we have seen an explosion of new chassis designs so much so that I haven't even heard of MPA until our conversation.
